• AI-powered keyword translation and localization
• Search volume, CPC, and keyword difficulty data
• CSV export functionality
• Multi-language support for 8 major languages
• Credit-based usage system

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

For credit packages, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen package. Payment terms include:

• One-time payment for credit packages
• Credits never expire
• 30-day money-back guarantee for unused credits
• Price changes will not affect already purchased credits
• No refunds for partially used credit packages

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LocalKey.org and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service to you.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate keyword data, search volumes, CPC, and difficulty scores are estimates based on available data sources from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data and recommend using it as guidance rather than absolute truth for business decisions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Credits will not be refunded for temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

LocalKey.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LocalKey.org operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
